1. Warranty repair policy
Dear customer: Thank you for purchasing a Cadison watch. Please read carefully the warranty scope and policy of the Cadison watch before repairing the watch.
The warranty period of Cardison watches is 2 years (24 months) from the date of purchase
If there is a performance failure of the watch, it is confirmed that it is not caused by human factors after testing, which is a quality problem of the movement. Show a valid invoice and warranty card, we will provide you with the following free services:
Return, exchange or repair within 7 days,
The watch of the same model can still be replaced free of charge within 15 days;
You can enjoy free maintenance and replacement of the movement and other services within 2 years.
The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
① Appearance parts (case, metal strap, watch glass, buckle, buckle, bottom cover, front ring) normal wear and aging (such as: surface scratches, color fade);
② Non-metal watchband (such as leather watchband, fiber woven watch, plastic watchband) color, material decay
③ The plating layer is worn and peeled off outside the warranty period.
④ Failure caused by man-made and other reasons.

2. Maintenance service method
Cardison watches provide repair service methods, you can choose to send the product to any authorized service organization of Cardison watches nationwide or send it back to Cardison watches customer service center for repair. The free warranty does not cover transportation or mailing costs incurred to and from authorized service agencies for repairing your watch. To

●Exceed the product free warranty period;

●The watch model in the manual does not match the model of the watch sent for repair;
●Damage caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, etc.);

2. After-sales process

The second step:
Provide proof of purchase, warranty card and other information, confirm the problems encountered by the watch and the required services
